Exponents Maths Week 5, Monday, Term 3

Today's math work, my teacher had given me a worksheet to complete. WALT: apply fraction skills to compare amounts. SC: I can find not-unit fraction of numbers, I can compare the results to find which is bigger or smaller, I can also apply my skills of equivalents fractions. Here are my answers I have come up with:

Tracey's Personal Timeline

Today's LCS, I chose to do the task Personal Timeline. Our task was to: Compile a timeline of the personal highlights in your life so far, for example: Your first bicycle, a memorable family holiday, your first day at school, your sports achievement, your favourite birthday party to date etc.

Cycle Safety Term 3 - 2021

Yesterday, Monday 16th August, Room 11 had Cycle Safety. We learnt how to put on helmets properly, how to balance / be stable on a bike and at the end, we biked around our school bike track. It was a very cool experience because we learnt the different skills of riding bikes and how to be safe. 

Science Mini Investigation Project - Sleep Cycle

For science class today, we had to do a presentation of a mini investigation. We first had to choose what our investigation was about, and my group - Faiana, Cia, Destiny, & Sheila decided to choose "Sleep Cycle" and our research question was "Does your age group determine what time you go to bed?". Here is our presentation we have created.
